Service was non existent as they refused to serve us. Even though we had a confirmed reservation. When I asked the waiter, he aaid they are busy and refused to accept online reservations

We have made the wrong choices. Normally we eat here always well. Now we chose the fish &amp;chips and the tuna citizen. We got to say and write 4 pieces of kibbeling no ravigotte sauce, that was really very disappointing. The tuna citizen was even worse. The seahole missed among the citizen and now was a few leaves of Chinese coal. The citizen himself was very compact, very tight. In short, these choices will no longer be made in the future. The service was, as always, very good. Friendly staff.

It is the third time that we have dinner there. The food is excellent, the portions on the small side. We have visited both at winter time and summertime. the only drawback is the waiting time - very long for each visit. It&rsquo;s okay if you have plenty of time otherwise, but if you have meetings scheduled afterwards this may not be a good idea. Friendly staff. Decor and ambiance are quite plain but cosy enough.
